A heart sister is a single or divorced woman or wife. She is a wife and mother with children still in her home, a single mom with children in her home, or a single woman with no child. A heart sister agrees to commit to a small group (Heart Group) for a minimum of nine months. She will be the guest of honor at a host Heart Mom's home along with other young women. She will enjoy Christian hospitality through a meal, friendship, fellowship and a Bible study.
