COLLEGESIDE CHURCH CAMP AT SHORT MOUNTAIN

Here is what you need to do to register for camp:

1. Fill out the online registration HERE.
2. Print and fill out the medical release forms HERE and have them notarized.
3. Pay the $50 deposit for campers and counselors by May 12th.
4. Pay the remaining balance by June 13th.
5. Pack your bags and be ready to head to camp on July 4th.

Printed medical forms and a Notary will be available Sunday, April 25th and Wednesday May 12th at the Next Step.  Please bring your insurance card with you so that we can make a copy of it.  For more information, visit collegeside.org/camp.
